- First of all, turn off the mobile phone using the power button
- Open the Cheetah tool
- Click on Spreadtrum from the upper tabs
- Choose the model Tecno Pop 7
- Then click on the service
- Disconnect the mobile from the computer
- Now press the mobile phone’s volume up and down buttons
- and then click on FRP
- Now connect your mobile via data cable using the volume up and down buttons
